At Washington State College of Ohio, we see students every day doing everything they can to stay on track—a single mom studying after bedtime stories, a first-generation student balancing night shifts and early classes, a young man walking to campus without transportation. They're all chasing the same dream: a better life through education.
But that dream can be shaken by one unexpected expense—a missed paycheck, a shut-off notice, or a textbook they can’t afford—threatening everything they’ve worked for.
That’s why the WSCO Foundation is launching the “Unlock Opportunity” Campaign- a three-year initiative to raise $1.2 million in support of student-focused programs that remove financial obstacles and open the door to brighter futures.
