At Washington State College of Ohio (WSCO), Zachary Eddy got a jumpstart on his future through the early college option. His commitment to education has not only resulted in a successful career and some well-deserved professional recognition, but has allowed him to return to where it all started and serve on the WSCO Foundation Board of Directors.

Washington State College of Ohio alumnae Rachael Rhodes has a long and rather impressive list of lifetime accomplishments. In fact, she recently recapped a few in celebration of her birthday. Among the most notable were: earning multiple college degrees, writing a novel, purchasing four homes, and starting three businesses. Amplifying the magnitude of these accomplishments is the fact that she’s only 20 years old and her list of feats were all completed in the past seven years.

Washington State College of Ohio (WSCO), in collaboration with area high school partners, has developed several innovative early college pathways which aim to expand college access to local students. The pathways leverage Ohio’s College Credit Plus (CCP) program which provides free college credits to high school students. In addition to college credit, the new pathways will also give the students the opportunity to earn industry-recognized credentials while still in high school.
