March 15 is the application deadline for scholarships offered by both the college and the WSCO Foundation. Eligibility is based on a variety of factors including financial need and academic merit, which means that in addition to submitting the scholarship application, a 2023-2024 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is also required to be on file with the college.

Washington State College of Ohio alumnae Rachael Rhodes has a long and rather impressive list of lifetime accomplishments. In fact, she recently recapped a few in celebration of her birthday. Among the most notable were: earning multiple college degrees, writing a novel, purchasing four homes, and starting three businesses. Amplifying the magnitude of these accomplishments is the fact that she’s only 20 years old and her list of feats were all completed in the past seven years.
