West Virginia high school students have a new opportunity to earn college credit before graduating. Washington State College of Ohio has announced a new early college option specifically for WV residents in grades 10-12. The program, called Bridge to College, offers special tuition scholarships to students in any of the 12 reciprocity counties, including Brooke, Hancock, Jackson, Marshall, Ohio, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wetzel, Wirt and Wood Counties.
