How can I participate?

The ceremony is open to registered participants and their guests only. Graduates received an email that included a link to RSVP for the ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, March 22.

At this time, tickets are not required and there is no limit on the number of guests who can attend. However, this is subject to change based on federal, state, and local guidelines. Seating is first-come, first-seated for all guests.

Accessibility seating will be available, and seating in this area is first-come, first seated. The area is set up for individuals needing accommodation and one or two other individuals. It is not intended for large family groups, and we ask that additional chairs not be moved into this area.

The ceremony will be livestreamed for guests unable to attend. The link will be available on Washington State’s Facebook page on the day of the ceremony.

Caps and Gowns

A green cap and gown are required for all graduates. Caps and gowns may be ordered by clicking here no later than April 11, and they will be mailed to the address provided. Extra caps and gowns will not be available at the ceremony.

Honor and Veteran cords will be distributed to eligible students at rehearsal. Phi Theta Kappa students may order their stoles and tassels through the Phi Theta Kappa website at ptk.org.
