MARIETTA—Washington State College of Ohio’s Cyber Security program adjunct instructor Will Bailey has received the prestigious Cisco Instructor Excellence Award – Expert Level Instructor for 2021.

The 2021 Instructor Excellence Award recognizes the elite Certified Cisco Systems Instructors (CCSI) for delivering top-quality training and maintaining high customer satisfaction in their field of expertise. Those earning this esteemed award are recognized as the top, most influential, CCSIs who provide the highest quality training experience and demonstrate the best overall instructor performance as measured by a customer satisfaction survey. This is the second time Bailey has received this level of recognition. He previously earned the award in 2014.

“This recognition is a testament to Will’s commitment for continuously providing the best possible support to our students,” said WSCO’s Dean of Engineering and Business George Bilokonsky.
To qualify for this award, CCSIs must have a 4.8 customer satisfaction rating and receive the minimum number of evaluations collected in each technology area. The minimum number of evaluations varies based on the average number of responses collected in each technology.

WSCO is currently accepting students into the Cyber Security program for the fall. For more information about the program, contact Admissions at 740.568.1900, or visit the website at wscc.edu/cyber-security.
